- Work has not been approved as final or published.
- Custom or personalized deliverables that have been approved cannot be returned.
- Services that have progressed to production, publishing, or launch are not eligible.
Returning Goods

Gifts
If goods were purchased as a gift and shipped to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the gift giver received the order, refunds go to the original purchaser.
