Please read these terms carefully before using Keystone Publishings services.
Revision Policy
We provide revisions depending on the package you selected. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their content without any additional charges provided that the content and concept remain the same. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
Fair Usage Policy
Since we provide unlimited revisions and ensure you get the maximum out of our services, we allow a maximum of 30 revisions on a project. After that, additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to provide maximum security to the client and Keystone Publishings. The following terms apply when an order is canceled unless Keystone Publishings cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than breach or non-performance.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
- Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled within 24 hours of order placement. This policy will not apply if initial content or designs are delivered or revisions are requested within that timeframe.
- Pre-delivery Refund: If a refund is requested before delivery of initial content, you are eligible for a full refund (less 10% service and processing fee).
- Post-delivery Refund: Within 48 hours of initial delivery — 66% refund (less 10% fee). Between 48–120 hours — 33% refund (less 10% fee). After 120 hours, no refund unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Order Inactivity: No refund if no action is taken on your order for 30 days after placement. Reactivation may require an additional fee.
- Refund Reasons: Refund requests must include a valid reason qualified against the project brief and revision feedback.
- Final Deliverables: No refunds after final files have been delivered and approved.
- Custom Packages: Refunds apply per service within a bundle. Approved portions of a package are non-refundable.
- Good Faith: Refunds are based on orders placed in good faith. Duplicate orders across agencies for the same work may be declined.
- Customer Feedback: All projects require your feedback before final delivery to ensure the best outcome.
- Unique Content: Our unique-content guarantee allows a re-draw if delivered artwork is found considerably similar to an existing concept. Clients are responsible for securing their own copyrights.
Specific Service Refund Policies
All refund requests should be sent to our support team at info@keystonepublishings.com. Keystone Publishings reserves the right to approve or decline requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Book Cover Design: No refund after final cover approval or once revisions are requested on the approved version.
- Book Publishing: No refund after formatting for publishing or after upload to a publishing platform.
- Book Writing / Ghostwriting: No refund after the initial draft has been delivered.
- Book Editing: No refund after the editing process has started.
- Book Marketing: No refund after campaign assets or ads go live.
- Illustration: No refund after final artwork approval.
How to Claim Your Refund
To request a refund, contact us via live chat or email with your order details and reason for the request.
If approved, content rights for refunded work transfer to the company and you may not reuse delivered materials. We may register copyright information to prevent future reuse of refunded content as original work.
